Who you buy from

The photographer or seller identified at checkout supplies the products. IZZIPIX LTD operates the ordering platform as an intermediary. Orders are for adults purchasing photographs of themselves or children in their care, including relevant group photos.

Placing an order

Provide accurate contact details and keep your password private. Select photographs, products, crop, quantities and delivery. Review the seller, total, delivery estimate and terms before confirming. Payment is processed online; production starts after successful payment. Confirmation appears in the gallery and by email.

Personalised products and changes

Personalised printed products are made to order, so ordinary change-of-mind cancellation is unavailable. Check every detail before payment. Digital-content withdrawal conditions are confirmed at checkout. This does not remove your rights if goods or files are defective or do not match their description.

Delivery and problems

The basket shows delivery arrangements. Contact info@fotoangels.lv with your order number if a product is wrong, damaged or delayed. Describe the issue and include relevant evidence. Remedies depend on the problem and applicable consumer law. Unresolved consumer disputes may be referred to the consumer authority or courts.

Photographs and account access

Only access and order photographs you are entitled to use. Report access problems or suspected misuse immediately. Platform technical questions can also be sent to info@izzipix.com.
