Who processes your information?

Foto Angels uses your enquiry details to answer questions and arrange photography. Gallery access, photo matching, payments and orders use the Izzipix platform. Its operator is IZZIPIX LTD, registration HE434168, Romanou 2-601, Nicosia, 1070, Cyprus. Platform privacy enquiries: info@izzipix.com.

Information and purposes

The platform processes contact and account details, photographs, order and delivery information, payment status and technical security data. Processing relies on contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate interests or consent, as appropriate. Stripe processes payments. Children’s photography requires permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Optional face matching

With consent, Izzipix uses facial measurements to match photographs within a session. This is optional: use your code and password or ask us for help. Matching vectors are deleted after sorting and are not reused across sessions.

Sharing and storage

Necessary data may be shared with printing, delivery, payment and IT providers, and authorities where required. Data centres are in the EU/EEA. Downloadable photos are stored for six months; other retention periods depend on purpose and legal requirements. Essential cookies maintain gallery access.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object where applicable, withdraw consent and complain to a supervisory authority. Contact info@izzipix.com for platform data or info@fotoangels.lv for enquiries sent to Foto Angels.
